Valve Regulated (Sealed) Construction

The MachPower valve regulated AGM rechargeable lead acid battery allows safe, trouble free operation in any position. There is never any requirement to refill electrolyte in normal operation. The MachPower battery is leak-proof.

Sealed construction, the batteries can be shipped by sea, road or air without special handling and packaging precautions.

Maintenance Free Operation

During the float service life, the MachPower batteries are not to be needed to check the specific gravity of the electrolyte or add water.

HY series :



HY series are general AGM batteries with designed service life of 3 - 5 years (25°C ). HY series batteries have the following characteristics:

>> Maintenance free operation, no need to add water;
>> Low self dicharge Rate below 3% per month,

HYL series :



HYL series are gel batteries with designed service life of 8 - 10 years ( 25°C ). HYL series batteries have the following characteristics:

HYLL series are gel stationary batteries with designed service life of 10-15 years ( 25°C) , HYLL series batteries have the following characteristics:

>> Gel added in electrolyte can make electrolyte gelatinized; the specific gravity in every part of battery is the same, thus preventing the dropping out of activated substances more effectively,
>> Special lead calcium alloy, better corrosion resistance, higher recovery capacity,
>> Acid mist removing and anti-explosion facilities are installed, so it is safer and more reliable,
>> Balanced charging is not needed,
